The Hudson
The Hudson is a comprehensive rehabilitation of the historic Hudson's Bay building in Victoria - converting this once grand department store into intelligently designed, modern flats, double-height lofts and magnificent penthouses.
At the 37th Annual Heritage Awards May 3rd, The Hudson was very proud to be the recipient of The Michael Williams Award. This award was created in 2002 to honour the work of the late Michael Williams and recognizes outstanding rehabilitation in downtown Victoria. Townline Homes is thrilled to see this magnificent building restored to its former glory. This truly will be the heart of the new Hudson District and is the start of great things to come in the neighbourhood.
